Website delivery and security
IONOS SE hosts this website. Requests involve technical data such as the requested page, access time, response status, browser information and IP address. This processing enables delivery, security and fault diagnosis of the website, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting and support providers process data as needed to operate the service.
Hosting statistics
We use the existing IONOS WebAnalytics statistics from hosting logs to understand website use and technical faults. No advertising tracker or additional analytics script is installed on these pages. IONOS states that WebAnalytics does not use cookies and anonymises IP addresses. Its documentation describes the processed information and purpose: IONOS WebAnalytics data processing. Aggregate statistics are not used to make decisions about individual visitors.
Cabinet access and journal
If you receive personal access, the service processes your name, email, access rights, password hash, session records and the journal entries you save. Authorised account views may include the broker, trading account number, instruments, account figures and robot status. The purpose is to provide the access you requested and protect it against unauthorised use; the relevant bases are Article 6(1)(b) and, for security, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The cabinet does not ask for your broker password. Do not put passwords or bot keys in journal entries.
Storage on your device
The cabinet uses browser session storage for sign-in and browser storage for settings associated with your account, such as display and journal preferences. These functions support the service you choose to use. We do not place marketing cookies or advertising pixels. Signing out removes the active sign-in information from the browser; closing the browser session also ends session storage. Browser controls let you clear saved preferences. Gallery images are served from this website.
Contact and optional services
If you contact us, we process your message and contact details to answer it. Links to external sites are ordinary links; opening one makes the other provider responsible for its own processing. The present preview does not offer online payment or activate Telegram or mobile push delivery through these pages. Additional processing information will be provided before such integrations are activated.
Retention
Access records and journal data are retained while required for the requested account and its operation. Data that is no longer needed is removed, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and limited backup retention. Session credentials expire; hosting logs and anonymised statistics follow the hosting provider's retention rules. Contact the controller to request account closure or obtain details relevant to your data.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority: LfDI Baden-Württemberg. We do not use this website's personal data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
