Preview access terms

Scope

This website provides information about KALAPAT and may provide individually authorised access to a development demonstration. There is no public checkout on this preview. A sale, software licence, subscription, installation or support service requires a separate agreement defining the deliverables, rights, price and responsibilities.

Personal access

Access is issued by the operator. Use only the accounts and data assigned to you. Keep access details private and report suspected misuse. Do not attempt to access another customer's account, disrupt the service or use the preview to send unsolicited messages.

Demonstration limitations

Some components are still being connected and tested. Availability and displayed figures may be incomplete or delayed. Do not use the preview as the sole basis for a trading decision or assume that a website response confirms execution of a terminal action.

Project materials

Viewing this website does not transfer source-code ownership or grant a right to redistribute the software, images or brand. Rights to a purchased independent installation and any source delivery must be stated in the separate agreement.

Contact and statutory rights

Questions about access or a proposed installation can be sent to the contact in the legal notice. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory liability rules remain unaffected.
